The total planned investment is RMB 58 million,including RMB48 million for infrastructure and equipment and RMB 10million as working capital.

1.建设优势：三都冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，雨量充沛，无霜期时间长，特别适宜羊肚菌种植。近年来，三都县羊肚菌稳定种植5000亩以上，拟在周覃镇，九阡镇实施，项目所在地水，电，路，通讯等基础设施配套齐全，人工工资等成本低，项目实施具有良好设施基础。2.土地及厂房使用：企业租赁，租金另行协商。1.Natural conditions:Sandu County has mild winters,cool summers,abundant rainfall,and a long frost-free period,making it highly suitable for morel cultivation.In recent years,the county has maintained a stable plantation area of more than 5,000 mu(3.33 km2).The project will be implemented in Zhouqin Town and Jiuqian Town,where infrastructure including water,electricity,roads,and telecoms is fully available and labor costs are relatively low.2.Land and factory use: Land and factory buildings are available for enterprise lease,with rental terms to be negotiated separately.
